Since the sale launch of the PIPE COASTER NPC series pipe cutting machines in 1967,the technology and experience that have been accumulated over the years are incorporated into the CNC controlled HID series. This series has been designed in a compact way to make the operation of it posibble by anybody simply by inputting data through the touch panel.
The PIPE COASTER HID series is CNC pipe cutting machines that are more automated, highly versatile versatile version of the conventional mechanically controlled NPC series.
There are two types of machine in the HID series, the EH/EHS models which are loaded with L-EMA,and the MT/MTS models which are loaded with a rack & pinion in the torch driving rail. There is a wide variety of machine types have the pipe sizes from 25A right through to 2000A.
The PIPE COASTER possesses a large number of functions absolutely essential for pipe cutting,thus it is an ideal cutting machine for piping works in various fields.
Both the plasma cutting and gas cutting system are in the standard specifications, Accordingly,the PIPE COASTER can be applied for copper,aluminum,and stainless pipe cutting. |

The HID series is made up of a line of easy-to-operate, versatile CNC pipe cutting machine. To make them a more workable syatem, the automatic pipe loading and unloading equipment has become available. This loading and unloading system,carries out such functions as feeding,turning and delivering of work, thus greatly enhancing the efficiency of pipe handling operation, which has been hitherto cumbersome.
The combined use of the cutting system of the PIPE COASTER and the automatic loading and unloading syatem would make it possible to save labor to a maximum extent.
